Knowing what user permissions are available in SmartDreamers will help you understand the type of access youโll need for yourself or other colleagues to benefit from the complete functionalities of the platform.
To begin with, there are three levels of access available in SmartDreamers:
Admin
Publisher
Analyst
Here is an overview of each role and some of the main actions available within them.
๐น Analyst
If you have an Analyst role you can Only View the features in each SmartDreamers module, but you are not able to make any edits.
๐ Note: A user with an Analyst role can invite another user to get permission as an Analyst within the teams they have access to at the account level.
Here are some of the main actions available within an Analyst role:
Analyze data from Reports, Marketing & Leads Module
Preview campaigns from Advertising & Leads
View Remarketing Audiences
View posts and comments on Social
View existing landing pages and analyze performance in the Website Module
๐น Publisher
Having a Publisher role in SmartDreamers means you can View and Make Edits in each module from the platform at the Team level.
๐ Note: A user with a Publisher role can invite another user to get permissions either as a Publisher or as an Analyst within the teams they have access to at the account level. A publisher can be part of one or more teams if they receive an invitation from the Admin in each one of them.
Hereโs what main actions are available within a Publisher role:
Create remarketing audiences
Publish or submit advertising campaigns for internal approval
Upload contacts, create audiences, and launch email campaigns in the Leads module
Build and edit Dashboards in the Reports module
Publish and make edits to Landing Pages
Connect pages on Social, create boost posts, and reply to comments
๐น Admin
If you have an Admin role you can View and Make edits, Manage access and Permissions, and Create Teams at an account level. An Admin has access to all teams within a given account and is the only one who can invite, remove, or change permissions for other users.
๐ Note: An Admin can invite any users and grant them any type of access, including an Admin role across one or multiple teams within the company account. Additionally, an Admin will have access to the Master Account that shows an activity overview across all teams from the account.
