The new Two Factor Authentication process is available for all user types (admin, publishers, and analysts) and offers a more secure login into the account.

๐Ÿ”น How Does it Work?

The process consists of two steps, offering an extra validation layer for logging into the SmartDreamers account:

  • Step 1 - User arrives on the log in page and inputs his designated credentials (username and password);

  • Step 2 - The moment the initial step is completed and the user is logged in, the system will automatically generate and send via the login email a 6 digit authorization code, that will have to be input in the next screen.

๐Ÿ”น Conditions and Specifications

Step 1 - User and Password Login

  • After 3 failed login attempts (either wrong email, password, or both), the user's account will be blocked for 3 minutes.

Step 2 - Authorization Code

  • The generated authorization code is valid for 10 minutes from the moment it was sent via email (user can input the code as many times as needed during this time frame if the numbers are not copied correctly);

  • If the code is input after the initial 10 minutes expire, the user will have to repeat the first step and log in with his user and password;

  • If, after successful completion of both stages, the user remains logged in, the system will not require an authorization code for the following two weeks if logging out of the account.
