In this first course we’ll be offering a concrete overview of the basics of recruitment marketing. We’ll begin with the principles of building an employer brand, from the questions that businesses need to ask themselves in order to position themselves as the employer of choice and catch the attention of qualified candidates to the various channels that you might use for disseminating your brand once it’s established. We’ll also cover recruitment marketing automation, giving users a sense of what the term means and how automation can add value in their workflows.

This second course is a detailed guide of the most important Social Media Channels for Recruitment Marketing.
There are myriad choices out there when it comes to social media channels for you to target with your recruitment marketing content. The question you have to ask is this, “where is my target audience already spending their time?”
To answer this question, look to the candidate personas, or audience profile, we discussed in the Attract Module. This will give you a good idea of who you’re targeting, combine that with the profiles of some of the top social media platforms we present in the following lessons, and you’ll have a great start to your social media marketing efforts!
