Projects 

The statuses and definitions for the projects listed are:

  • Active - either the project is still active in the ATS if an API integration is in place or it was created manually within the platform (this automatically assigns an Active status);
  • Closed - either the project was closed in the ATS if an API integration is in place or it was closed manually from within the platform (in this second case, you cannot reopen it). 

Note: you cannot launch a campaign with a closed project assigned. 

Campaigns 

The statuses and definitions for the campaigns listed are:

  • Disapproved (Advertiser) - at least one ad in the campaign has been disapproved;
  • Draft - your campaign has been saved as draft (Finish Later option in the Campaign Editor);
  • In Review (Advertiser) - your campaign is awaiting your advertiser's approval (time for approval approximately 48 hours);
  • In Review (Internal) - your campaign is awaiting internal approval (Share for Approval option in the Campaign Editor);
  • Active - all ads within the campaign are on and running smoothly;
  • Scheduled - at least one ad within the campaign is scheduled for a future date (Start date set in the future);
  • Completed - all ads in the campaign completed delivery.  

Ads

The statuses and definitions for the ads listed are:

  • Active - ad is on and running smoothly;
  • Draft - the campaign where the ad was created has been saved as draft (Finish Later option in the Campaign Editor);
  • Scheduled - ad is scheduled for a future date (Start date set in the future);
  • In Review (Internal) - the campaign where the ad was created is awaiting internal approval (Share for Approval option in the Campaign Editor);
  • In Review (Advertiser) - the campaign where the ad was created is awaiting your advertiser's approval (time for approval approximately 48 hours);
  • Disapproved (Advertiser) - ad was not approved (not compliant with the respective channel's ad policies);
  • Completed - ad is now completed and has completed its run time or was closed.
