The Media Library feature is available from the Top Menu under Advertising

You will already have available a default folder called Your Media that centralizes any image or video files you've previously had in your account, through the AdBuilder (if applicable).

You can also access the Media Library from within the AdBuilder, through all the available channels that offer the possibility to upload/ad an image in your ad. This will open up a Media PopUp from where you will be able to select the desired files.

New folders could be created by clicking on the Create Folder button on the right-side of the screen. This action will prompt a new pop-up where you can assign a name to your folder.

Note: You cannot create a new folder unless you have admin permissions.

Options available for all folders created within the Media Library allow for:

  • Opening the folder;
  • Editing the folder by either Renaming, Editing Permissions, Downloading or Deleting. (these functionalities are only available for admin users)

Downloading a folder will automatically save it as a .ZIP file in your computer.

You can search by file name (extension included) or assigned tags in the Search Media Bar available from both the main page or from within the folders themselves, provided these are not empty.

Each folder in the listing will display information related to the:

  • date of creation and user;
  • permissions;
  • number of files.

Permissions

This functionality allows for setting the visibility and accessibility of each folder that you create as an admin user.

Permissions will be editable only for admin users. To change permission on any given folder, go to Edit Permissions, as shown below:

Each folder will have the following options, with their own icon displayed:

  • leaving the Select Teams field empty will restrict access to admin users only;
  • selecting All Teams will make the folder publicly available;
  • selecting one or more teams will make the folder accessible to admin users and any other users only from said teams.

The platform allows for uploading both images and videos with the following specifications.

As can be seen above, you can also add more files by Drag and Dropping them in the Upload Files window.

Options available for all uploaded files within the folder allow the user to:

  • Copy;

Note: non admin users will only be able to download or delete files.
